소지(흙)에 높은온도에도 버틸 수 있는 도자용 안료를 섞어 색을 내고,
다른 색을 섞어 마블 느낌을 나타낸 그릇들을 만듭니다.
마블링은 우리나라에서는 ‘연리문’ 이라는 전통 도예기법과 비슷하기도 합니다.
사용하기 예민한 흙이지만 구워졌을때 채도가 높은 백토를 사용하여
마블링 색감이 더 돋보이는 접시들이 탄생됩니다.
마블의 느낌은 자연과 다양한 사물들에 영감을 받고 작업합니다.
